Start with people and decisions
Identify whose needs are involved, what decision the work could support, and how success should be evaluated.
Forum · Projects
Interdisciplinary teams will work from stakeholder needs and responsible problem framing toward a realistic minimum viable prototype, research artifact, project plan, or other concrete deliverable.
Project philosophy
One day cannot produce a finished real-world system. The project experience is designed to expose the decisions, collaboration, documentation, and tradeoffs involved in moving from an idea toward responsible implementation.
Identify whose needs are involved, what decision the work could support, and how success should be evaluated.
A useful artifact might be a prototype, technical plan, data audit, interface concept, or evaluation framework.
Record assumptions, risks, evidence gaps, partner roles, and realistic next steps—not only the final demo.
